What are the aims of Work Based Learning London?
The overarching and fundamental aim of the project is to support the establishment increased work based learning in healthcare in London. The community of practice will introduce educational interventions that support supervision and work-based learning.
Initially the project aims to identify:
1.
the opportunities and threats in the clinical environment to the establishment and supervision of work based learning
2.
the scope and possibilities for work-based learning
3.
the opportunities for learning in specific environments relating to roles in practice
4.
educational needs that can be met by work-based learning
5.
the support and skills available to facilitate supervision and work-based learning
